LCL stands for Less than Container Load β meaning your cargo shares a 20ft or 40ft container with other shippers. You pay only for the cubic meters (CBM) you use, instead of renting a whole container.
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid β we handle everything from your Chinese supplier all the way to your US address, including US customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and final-mile trucking. You receive your cargo. That's it.
Most LCL forwarders give you a low port-to-port quote, then surprise you with brokerage fees, ISF penalties, demurrage, deconsolidation, chassis fees, and trucking add-ons. Our DDP quote includes all of it. What we quote is what you pay.

We don't publish a public rate card because LCL prices change weekly with carrier rates, season, and US destination β but here's exactly what determines your quote.
When we quote you, every line is itemized so you understand the cost structure β not just one mystery number.
Our minimum is 1 CBM or 200 kg, whichever results in a higher chargeable. Below 1 CBM, air courier (DHL, FedEx) is usually cheaper and faster.
Generally around 15 CBM. A 20ft container holds ~28 CBM usable, but at 15+ CBM, FCL often becomes cheaper per CBM and faster (no consolidation/deconsolidation time). We'll always tell you when FCL is the better deal.
Because DDP includes US duties, MPF, HMF, customs broker fee, ISF, deconsolidation, and trucking β all costs you would pay separately anyway. "Cheap" freight quotes that exclude these are misleading. When you total everything, DDP from a transparent forwarder is often equal or cheaper.
Duty = declared cargo value Γ applicable HTS duty rate + Section 301 rate (if China origin) + AD/CVD rate (if anti-dumping product). We help you classify correctly under HTS and identify all applicable rates before you book.
FBA shipments require specific labeling, palletization standards, and appointment booking. While not our primary specialty, we can deliver LCL to FBA-Prep providers in the US who will then handle FBA receiving. Be specific in your inquiry if this is your goal.
Standard ocean carrier liability is very limited. We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance β typically 0.3β0.5% of CIF value for general cargo. We can arrange this in your quote, or you can bring your own.
You'll receive a tracking link with the ocean carrier reference number, and our team sends a weekly status update (booking, container loaded, vessel departed, ETA, customs cleared, out for delivery, delivered). For urgent updates, WhatsApp our operations team.
General furniture: yes. Wooden bedroom furniture and certain wood cabinets are subject to AD/CVD β those need our FCL DDP anti-dumping service, not standard LCL. We'll flag this at quote stage.
